2015 Youth Spring League Information
Registration for our Youth Spring League 2015 Session is now open! Spring League is set to begin Saturday, March 14, 2015. Deadline to register is Sunday, March 8, 2015. This is on a first-come, first-served basis.
TEAM FEE: Team fee is $525 for an 8 game session (includes Referee fees). The 8 games consist of 6 Regular games plus Semi-Finals/Finals and Friendlies. For ODD Numbered Leagues, there will be 2 teams that will end with a total of 7 games only. (6 Regular plus 1 Friendly). A 1 Game Credit/Refund will be given at the end of the session. RETURNING TEAMS (FROM WINTER 2015 SESSION): $50 DISCOUNT! ONLY $475! ($50 credit will be applied to invoice after deposit has been paid.)
SCHEDULE REQUESTS: If you have a special schedule request, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or in the comments section if registering online. SCHEDULE REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED BUT WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE. Schedule requests must be received by Monday, March 9th.

IMPORTANT: A minimum of 4 teams needed in each level (Competitive or Recreational). Levels will not be combined as in previous years. Please make sure to select the correct level of play on your registration form and if registering online, please make sure to register in the correct group.
In Person: Submit a completed League Application Form and a Team Roster along with a deposit of $150. (Cash, Charge, Money Order, Cashier’s Checks Only – NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Should a check be accepted at management’s discretion, there will be a $25 returned check charge added to the team’s invoice for bounced checks.) Coaches may attend the on-site registration dates below to register their team as well if can’t come during regular business hours.
Online: Coaches may register their team online through our registration page. A deposit of $150 will be required. A Team Roster is still required if registering online. The roster can be faxed to 916-921-0999 or emailed to email@example.com.
*Rosters = Rosters are Frozen at the start of the 4th Game. Maximum of 18 Players
*Select/Comp players are not allowed to play in a recreational division. Any player caught playing in a recreational division will be removed from the team. Coach will be suspended 3 games. All games previously played will be forfeited and team will not be allowed to play in playoffs.
*Player must play 2 regular games in order to qualify for playoff.
Any player that did not participate in our Winter Session will need to complete an online Participant Waiver and pay a one-time an Annual Membership Fee of $10 for 2015. We will not accept any registration paperwork by mail, fax, or email. PROOF OF AGE: Parent/Guardian must bring an original form of proof of age (outdoor player cards, birth certificate with photo/school ID, or a passport) and their child to get their photo taken.
